Employee Survey Results Presentation Template

2 Introduction  This template is designed to assist you in discussing the Employee Survey results with your team. The purpose of this document is to help you and your team understand the data and determine where to focus “Making It Better” efforts over the next year.  Employee Survey data for the overall hospital is provided and there is also space for you to enter the 2010 and 2009 (if applicable) scores for your department. There are also sample discussion questions to help you gather more information when sharing the survey data with your department.  Read through the guidelines on the next slide for specific directions on using this document.

3 Guidelines for using this template  Step 1: Login into ActionPro to download, save, and print your employee survey results.  Step 2: Review your Survey results. Note any surprises or areas where you need further clarification.  Step 3: Schedule time with your team/department specifically for the purpose of sharing your Employee Survey results.  Step 4: Complete this Presentation Template and use it as an aid to assist in explaining and discussing the results with your team/department.  Step 5: During your meeting, share the results and be sure to engage your staff in a discussion about the data. Together with your staff, decide on 2 items that will be added to the Making It Better plan.  Step 6: Create your Making It Better plan!
