General admission requirements Finished pre-university education (equivalent to the Dutch VWO level) Proficiency in English IELTS/TOEFL/CAE/CPE (exact score differs per programme). Some diplomas may grant exemption Programme specific requirements
Steps of the admission & enrolment process Student applies Admission office checks for completeness of application The level of applicants previous education is determined Complete application is assessed by Board of Examiners of the specific programme -> advice Admission decision communicated to applicants, within 4 weeks Admitted students fill out the acceptance form Non-EEA students start the visa procedure Students submit enrolment documents and pay tuition fee
How to apply Choose which programme(s) you want to apply for; Read which documents you will be requested to upload -Passport/ID -Diploma & translation (unless it is in English, Dutch or German) -Transcript of records & translation (unless it is in English, Dutch or German) -English language proficiency certificate -Optional (unless student (not EEA) applies for RSP as well)) –Recommendation letter(s) –Additional documents –CV –For IBA and IE&B: a letter of motivation and CV
Start application Fill in your personal details, select the programme of your choice and submit an enrolment request in Studielink You will be referred to Osiris Application to upload required documents and submit your application in Osiris Please note that the academic year runs from September untill August
Deadlines for EEA students Application deadline May 1 Filling out the acceptance form: within two weeks of admission and before June 1 Meeting other enrolment criteria, August 15: Submitting certified hard copies of your: o Diploma & translation; o Sufficient language proficiency certificate; o Your ID/passport; Paying the tuition fee or direct debit authorisation (only if you have a SEPA bank account); Uploading a passport photo for your student card.
Deadlines for non-EEA students Application deadline April 1 Filling out the acceptance form: within two weeks of admission and before June 1 Submitting certified hard copies of your diploma (& translation) and language proficiency certificate: within two weeks of admission and before June 1 Meeting other enrolment criteria, August 15: o Submitting a certified hard copy of your passport; o Paying the tuition fee or direct debit authorisation (only if you have a SEPA bank account); o Uploading a passport photo for your student card.
