NO MATCH FUNDING REQUIRED BUT…………………… FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS THERE MUST BE A COMMITMENT TO MAINTAIN IN FUTURE. ORGANISATIONS CAN MAKE MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION. PORTFOLIOS SHOULD FOCUS ON ‘AREAS AND GROUPS WITH THE POOREST ACCESS TO GOOD PLAY OPPORTUNITIES. FUNDING AIMED AT CHILDREN UP TO 16 (75% must be under 16). APPLICATIONS NEED TO MEET BLF CRITERIA.
