Tools that Work Conference November 13, History of National Data Analysis System (NDAS) In May,1999, the National Data Analysis System (NDAS) became available to the public. The system was developed with the cooperation of all 50 states and the District of Columbia, whose data are available in the system. Over the past four years thirty-eight states have partnered with the League by sharing in the cost and participating on the advisory committee for the project.
