LIVING IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AS A CHILD Ahoj!

GENERAL HOME LIFE. Life in the Czech republic is just like life here in England. The activities, food etc, are all about the same. That doesn’t go to say that they are exactly the same because they’re both different countries. Families are very important and children like to do activities with their parents, just like we do.

Children go to school every day like we do, but they don’t have to wear uniforms. They learn maths and science and have to spend many hours learning English as well as Czech. We learn French but only spend a bit of time on it. Their English is much better than our French or Czech! SCHOOL

They like to play football, rugby, tennis and ice hockey. Czech children also like to play on consoles like Xbox and Play Station. As well as that, outside activities include trampolining, swimming and skateboarding. Some children like to play music and to sing. My friend Stepan likes Lego and Minecraft, but he doesn’t like reading! Czech children enjoy doing the same things as we do and look forward to holidays like Christmas with as much excitement as we do. AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES.

HOLIDAY DESTINATIONS. There are loads of holiday destinations in the Czech Republic. All of them would most likely have spectacular buildings or country side. Czech families like to go skiing in winter.
