The new Head Boy representing (School name). Name

 As far as I am concerned, the role of a school or academy’s Head Boy is the most effective as it reflects the attitude and impression of all pupils in a way, and portrays the quality of teaching and learning offered by an Academy. I feel that because the students are the main part of an Academy and the Head Boy works as a representation of the population at occasions, along with the Head Girl. The role of Head Boy

 Therefore, when the role of Head Boy is crucial, I must understand the importance of it myself. I realise that (School) has developed immensely over time and received Outstanding feedback for the amazing features it offers which most of the schools can only dream of. This does not end here as the Head Boy is responsible for working together with the Head teacher to further market, improve and maintain that ‘Outstanding’ status of the school. My role as the Head Boy Picture of me here

 I also understand that as the Head Boy I will have to support the SLT with the promotion and representation such as acting as a school Ambassador while meeting governors at events/charity, giving speeches in public and showing visitors around the Academy. I can ensure my absolute best efforts, my 110% energy my ability to deal with the heavy workload of Head Boy as well as being available for meetings where I am needed the most, as always. But this does not mean I will be overwhelmed as I can always delegate tasks to my other half (Head Girl). Supporting the Senior Leadership Team

 Other than gaining the exciting new experience of Head Boy from this opportunity, I will continue to be a positive role model to others through compliance with school rules and Expert Learner objectives.  Involvement in sports activities throughout the year, be a Peer Mentor, support younger students and be concerned for the welfare of others.  Lead Student Council, further development programmes and support schemes within the House. Last but not least…
