Tobacco was first discovered in 1492 and soon people started to use it and a majority of people got addicted to it. Tobacco addiction is a worldwide curse that is assaulting the nations and districts that can minimum bear the cost of its toll of inability, infection, lost efficiency and death rate.

Because of the risks tobacco possess to smokers, the government feels free to take action in order to keep its citizens healthy. This brings us to the first factor of tobacco industry, government actions and interventions. The government has the right to control the amount of tax put on a pack of cigarettes, pass laws that limit what images and sounds can be placed in an advertisements, and at what age citizens of the United States can begin using tobacco products. The taxes that the government puts on cigarettes and other tobacco products are called Excise taxes

Although there is awareness about the use of tobacco products in our society but we need to raise the awareness to that extent from which every single person can leave the use of tobacco products with no difficulties….. SAY NO TO PASSIVE SMOKING

On this World No Tobacco day we have to take a ledge that will discourage the use of tobacco in any form and make the world free from its negative health effects which cause nearly 6 million deaths each year worldwide, including 600,000 of which are non smokers being exposed to secondhand smoke.
