3 3 Texas Nodal COMS: Requirements Update  COMS Requirements have been updated for changes (NPRRs, Whitepapers, and Change Requests) passed associated with Baseline 1 and Baseline 2 (August 2007)  CMM Requirements updated in July and no additional updates  The following 23 requirements are ready for review:  AIEC  CRR Auction Revenue Disbursement  CRR Balancing Account  CRR Day Ahead  CRR Real Time  DAM Ancillary Service  DAM Energy  DAM Make-Whole Payment  Data Aggregation  Disputes  Eligibility  Financial Transfer  Invoices  Registration  Real Time Ancillary Services  Real Time Black Start  Real Time Emergency Operations  Real Time Energy  Real Time RMR  Real Time Voltage Support  Real Time RUC  Real Time Statements  Real Time Verifiable Costs  RED LINED documents are provided to clearly ID what items were changed from the originally passed COMS requirements  Requesting Comments by 10/1/2007

4 4 Texas Nodal Lodestar: Statement and Invoices Update Statements  Statements options provided to COPs at August 14th meeting  Statements approved Invoices  Wireframe formats review starting at COPs in September.  Sept COPS – Settlement Invoices  Oct COPs – CRR Auction Invoices, CARD Invoice, CRR BA Invoice  Nov COPs – Late Fee Invoices, Uplift Invoices  Will ask COPs for approval  Plan to bring final invoice layouts to TPTF in October/November

5 5 Texas Nodal CMM: Development Update  Lodestar:  Detailed Design iteration ready for pick up with NDA  Lodestar version 4.7 Update  Continue to work with Lodestar on defects. Scheduled review with Lodestar on defects every other day  CMM:  Detailed Design for base product and critical calculations ready for pick up with NDA  Base product testing complete and critical calculations FAT testing to start in early-October

6 6 Texas Nodal Potential NPRR – In Fight update  Since there are a number of NPRRs from COMS in flight, here is a quick summary of where the items are: 1.Simplifying OBLRACT and OPTRACT – no vote but approved to move to PRS in bundle 2.Settlements Calculations to RUC Capacity Shortfall Ratio Share – discussions at TPTF continue on disposition 3.NPRR for failure to update verifiable cost data results in use of resource category generic costs – discussions at COPs 4.NPRR for Disputes timeline and bulk submissions – discussions at COPs 5.Multiple COMS NPRRs with MMS – waiting update from MMS design before updates to TPTF
