WHAT IS IT? An application that provides exercises for: Spinal cord injuries Other neurological conditions Developed by: Peter Messenger There are 950 exercises available!

GOAL/ PURPOSE  Just because someone has a spinal injury and they are bound to a wheel chair, it does not mean that they can’t maintain their physical health.  This PhysioExercises app allows those with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions to see hundreds of exercises and stretches to maximize their strength and improve as well as maintain their physical fitness.  It can easily be shared with loved ones and clients.
