Subcommittee Meeting June 25, 2009 Attendees – David Hales – Mark Jerome – Matt Deppe – Arne Traceski – Rod Street – Mark Johnson – Gary Curtis – Dave Brook – Ken Eklund – Andres Morrison – Bob Davis – Brady Peeks – Adam Hadley Agenda: 1. Provide the RTF with direction regarding the appropriate level of service and estimate a reasonable budget for management of the PTCS Service Providers 2. Review the missing/weak documentation associated with PTCS and develop an action plan for correcting 3. Discuss the specifics of the 3rd party requirement for QA Service Providers, what should go into reviewing the credentials of prospective providers, and whether any spec language changes are in order. Meeting Results: 1.Proposal developed, will be presented on next slides 2.Action plan in place 3.Discussed, but awaiting further input

Subcommittee Proposal for Service Provider Management/Oversight Set up a standing PTCS subcommittee with a more formal commitment from and description of the members – Members: David Hales, Mark Jerome, Mark Johnson, Andres Morrison, Gary Curtis, Brady Peeks/Dave Brook, Bob Davis, Rod Street, Ken Eklund, Adam Hadley, representatives from other providers (Proctor, CSG, etc) Subcommittee to review new Service Provider applications Subcommittee to perform a high level overview of existing Service Providers, issuing a letter to providers asking: – Whether they still (want to) perform services, – # jobs/technicians/trainings performed – Description of technician follow-up – Description of QC (form review) process – Description of QA (site inspection) process Subcommittee will review results of this inquiry and follow up where there are discrepancies with the spec Subcommittee to provide ongoing follow-up and oversight of PTCS Service Providers Other Notes: Someone needs to lead the subcommittee effort. Who’s in charge? Adam said it looks like a lot of work and that he cannot do it, Bob expressed interest in the more technical aspects, Brady/Dave will take a first look at it and if it's too much to handle, develop a scope of work to allow a hand-off. Funding? The group did not want to add more cost to the PTCS program for fear of non-cost- effectiveness. The subcommittee believes it can manage the work on a volunteer basis in an efficient, low-cost manner.

Decision Accept subcommittee’s recommendation?
