SBAC Tech Trouble Shooting Tips o Secure Browser performance issues o Secure Browser freezes/non responsive Have the student “Pause” their session and log back in. Use the “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” keys to access the task manager in windows to end the program instance. The secure browser will need to be re- launched. Re-start the computer o SBAC Tech issue reporting log
