Timeline June Board Retreat August Board Meeting—First Look September Board Meeting—Revisions

Target/Priority one—Prepared for the Future Key revisions based on board feedback Added data points throughout K-12 as opposed to just high school data collection Added review of virtual learning opportunities on an annual basis

Target/Priority Two—College/Career Credits Key revisions based on board feedback Key metric measures yearly growth, does not wait until 2020 Added alternate paths to meet the goal based on student passion (world languages, fine arts electives) Added multiple middle school metrics to annual formative indicators

Target/Priority Three—Increasing Teacher Efficacy Key revisions based on board feedback Revised language of the goal to have a stronger focus on professional development for teachers Revised language of the key metric to focus on increasing the number of teachers taking division sponsored PD courses above requirements Added annual indicators focused on learning walk data, school climate data and long-term project work with instructional coaches

Target/Priority Four—Increase Parent/Community Education Opportunities Based on board feedback, this was eliminated and incorporated into other targets.

Target/Priority Five—Budgeting for the Future Key revisions based on board feedback Reworded the priority to more clearly reflect the goals of a fully- funded budget Added revised legislative priorities as an annual indicator Added community engagement practices as an indicator and a strategy for success Added language to include virtual learning as a potential mitigation for capacity issues
