GI3 – Suggested SMS 1. Marketing Team configure a SMS Message to be sent to the Representative (more than 1MM) and confirm in GI3 screen 2. GI3 send the request to SMS Gateway using a provided webservice 3. SMS Gateway catch the request and start the process to send the SMS to Representative by Cell Phone Company. 5. SMS Gateway identify, process and invoke a service from GI3 to place an order. 4. Representative read the SMS and answer the message.. 6. GI3 process the order.

Volume: - More than 1,5MM per campaign (campaign has 15 days) Requirements: - National scope -Sending text messages from AVON system - Sending instant or scheduled - Send individual or batch messages - Delivery status of each message - Reports monthly and daily usage graph with - Detailed reports of each shipment - Technical support to his team during deployment - Simple integration via HTTP (web services if feasible) - Security through SSL encryption (HTTPS) GI3 – Suggested SMS
