So, dear colleagues, first of all we need to understand the exceptional value of the teacher in the civilized world. Always there was a relationship: what level of teachers and education so that education and training, and such intellectual and moral potential of the people. No exaggeration to say that the moral and intellectual potential of people depends on the fate of the country, and so we, teachers, native speakers of morality and intelligence, we must constantly improve their professional level.

Indisputable there are two main components of a teacher

Being a person of the teacher is important because it speaks to those who will continue to build our society. If our identity does not match the task of training students, any opportunities in this area will remain unfulfilled. We should not just teachers and teacher- researchers who work in knowledge, because knowledge is the motivational basis of our business. Our skill - is the achievement of our students, their moral, social and cultural development, this match as their knowledge of curriculum requirements, is the quality of their preparation for continuing education or future employment.

Linguistic competence, namely possession of phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, allowing children to teach communication even within the themes and situations, the proposed standard and program in foreign languages. Methodological expertise, which provides skills teacher plan to teach (in the year, semester), possession of a wide range of techniques, the ability to adequately use them according to age and student learning goals, ability to orient in modern literature, to choose the appropriate manuals and other training facilities.
