Our Network Facilities politics is to keep everything that we believe is strategic from a tech point of view “in house” and give in outsourcing the Studios, Galleries and Post Production that requires elaborated work

Etere: automation, scheduling, ingest, archive, tape management and research, MAM Dekocast, Publitronics and Evertz: we manage content related graphics, on time code criteria, and interactive graphics. Thanks to our automation we have been able to manage about 1150 graphic during last year. TX – tapeless digital library Today MTV Italia has a TX digital library that uses mixed technology (DISK/TAPE) with the capacity of 165TB The material broadcasted is digitalized, in two different formats HQ files 10Mb/s MPEG 2 LQ files windows media player (WMV) Production – tapeless digital library The Production DL capacity is 15 TB The material is now digitalized in DV25, but it will be converted in MXF format PLS Note: All the DL are modular and expandable.
