 Why Evaluate Driver Performance?  Easily identify problem areas to develop management strategy.  Identify specific driver deficiencies to address improvement.  Track fleet performance overall.  Provide incentives for above average performance.  Provide data for driver recognition programs. Driver Rating Program

 Ratings Are Based on Performance in Three Areas:  Cargo Claims  Safety Performance  Customer Service Scores

 Measurement Categories  Cargo Claims Performance Frequency of Claims Severity of Claims  Safety Performance Inspections, Accidents, Hours of Service  Customer Service Performance Customer surveys for all lines of business Driver Rating Program

 Ratings are calculated monthly  Based on 12 months of activity Minimum of 30 shipments hauled  Driver must have at least 6 full months of experience  Reports indicate following month’s rating Adjustments made on rating of date loaded Driver Rating Program
