How to Access the Credit Reports Online?
Login Page The CRIB website can be accessed through the following URL : Type the above URL in a new internet explorer page & press enter. Then, the home page of the CRIB will be displayed
Login to Credit Information Management System(CRIMS) The Authorized User of the Member Institution can Login to CRIMS by using a valid User ID and Password issued by CRIB Enter User ID & Password & click “Login” button
Invalid User ID or Password If this message appears, it indicates that your password is incorrect. Check your password & enter it again If this message appears, it indicates that you have entered your User ID is incorrectly. Check your User ID & enter it again
Login to CRIMS Successfully After the successful attempt with a valid User ID & Password, the authorized user can enter in to CRIMS successfully. The name of the user is displayed in the Welcome page
How to change Password Go to My Account -> Select Change Password Change your password by selecting fields marked with * The “New password” should contain at least 7 and maximum of 12 characters with all the following group [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9]

Pop Up Blocked? If this message appears after clicking on “Order Report” button, then check whether the pop up blocker is installed in your computer. If so, verify whether it is “turned off”. The report is displayed in a new window and if popup blocker is enabled, it will block the report

Accessing Corporate Credit Reports Online Go to Corporate-> Select Corporate Comprehensive – V4.0 Continue with the same steps as explained in the consumer report accessing to proceed with Corporate menu.
Additional Services – Subscriber User Wise Ordered Report Select all the fields marked with * & click “Show Report” button The Subscriber User Wise Ordered Report helps the user to get the MIS of previously accessed credit reports during a maximum date range of 20 days from “From Date” to “To Date”. Go to Admin-> Select Subscriber User Wise Ordered Report.
Additional Services– View Report by Order No. Go to Admin-> Select View Report by Report Order No. The authorized user can view the previously ordered Credit Reports at free of charge by submitting the Order Number of previous Credit Report Select all the fields marked with * & click “Submit” button to view the previously generated Credit Report
Additional Services– Usage Report Go to My Account -> Select Usage Report Select all fields marked with * & click “Show Report” button to view the usage report or click “Reset” button to reset entered values. The Usage Report helps the user to check the no of Credit reports accessed during a period of time. Maximum date range per a request is 20 days.
