2 STOWG Agenda Define / Redefine WG Charter – Make Recommendations To COMSTAC, FAA-AST Initiate Development of Response to DoD Commercial Launch Issues White Paper Request Discuss Spaceport Associates request for definition of Launch Ops & Support Needs from future space tourism operators, including integration into future Air Traffic Control developments Discuss the Scope of “Operations” –Define “System” and Operations Expendable Launch Systems Reusable Launch Systems Identify/Develop 2-3 Issues That Warrant STOWG Attention –If any, make recommendation for pursue / no pursue to full COMSTAC and FAA-AST –If adopted, formulate/implement plan to develop reportable products at October 2009 WG/’COMSTAC Meeting –If none, make recommendation on future of STOWG
