The school was established in l students attend the school presently, they study in two sections: Czech and Czech-Italian billingual section. 60 teachers work at school including 7 native Italians.

The studies in the Czech section last 8 years, in the Czech-Italian 6 years. Some subjects are instructed in Italian (eg History, Maths, Physics, Chemistry).

The studies at school are completed by a final exam called Maturita and all the students continue their studies at various universities (including those abroad).

Our school takes part in many different forms of international cooperation and activities including students exchanges, since 1998 it has been an active participant of Socrates projects (Comenius, Lingua).
