Think of a moment when you were forced to make up with someone even though you didn’t want to. (Siblings, Friends, Ect…) Write for 2-3 minutes.

After the war, how did Lincoln want the North to treat the South? How did he prove his sincerity? What event made this treatment difficult?

The deadliest war in American history. 275,000 Union and 260,000 Confederate soldiers are wounded.

The Civil War impacts everyone Regiments taken from small counties. ● soldiers fighting with neighbors ●death devastating for communities. 26 th North Carolina ●From 7 NC counties ● lost 714 out of 800 men.
