One boiling hot day in Africa, there lived a greedy spider called Anansi. One day he was very hungry as usual so he went to the fridge but to his surprise there was no food in the fridge. So Anansi devised a cunning plan. He posted four letters to: cat, dog, hedgehog and turtle.

This is what it said: Dear friends, I am having a sleepover at My house, please bring lots and lots of food.

That night all of Anansi’s friends came to his house.

 That night when Anansi’s friends were fast asleep, Ananci crept down the stairs. After Anansi crept downstairs, he walked to the dinning table and quickly ate all the food, gobble gobble crunch crunch burp!

The next day cat, dog, turtle and hedgehog met up “Anansi ate all of our food we should trick him” announced dog. So that day, the four friends made a plan to trick Anansi in the very same way.They went to the shops to buy food. They also sent a letter to Anansi.

So Anansi went to his friends hotel to sleep there. When Anansi reached the hotel, he rang the bell that was sitting on the table top.”Hi Anansi” said hedgehog. Come in. When Anansi was shown to his room, he loved it! Hedgehog also said “We’ll have a feast at midnight.”

That night, before midnight at 10’o’clock, Anansi’s friends went downstairs and ate all the food, gobble gobble crunch crunch BURP! Anansi woke up with a start, he also heard his friends burping downstairs after the gigantic feast.

The moral is never be Greedy.
