Thesis Statement  People and organizations tend to have at least 3 main response when they see or think about homeless in folks in large urban settings.

Intro  What do homeless mean to people?  My first experience to see homeless in DC  Homeless History

People ignore the problem  People walk away from homeless  People treats homeless people like they don’t exit

People get involved by volunteer  Many organizations have same goals for homeless  Organizations want to fight for people’s rights (National Coalition Homeless, 2014)  The school donate things to organizations Who We Are - National Coalition for the Homeless. People can donate money or resources  People can donate food  Donations would be a lot helpful  Companies set up soup kitchen to help out

Conclusion  In the future, homeless issue will be decrease  The community supports other each is important  Homeless people would feel loved by people who help out
