CONS  Retraining  Reconfigure outlook connector  Customizations can be lost  Some custom reports might need to be rewritten

Update Data and/or Configurations PROS  Should spend equal amount of time on Business Requirements and Gap Analysis  No need to reconfigure outlook or initial CRM setup CONS  Might need to go through extensive customization and data correction  May need to undo a significant amount of customizations
