What does an inclusive workplace look like? An inclusive workplace is one where the human rights, principles of fairness, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy are promoted and are part of the organization's everyday goals and behavior.

What are the benefits of an inclusive workplace? More employers are coming up with solutions to create and promote an inclusive workplace in order to maximize productivity, attract new talent and increase employee commitment. Organizations' action on equality and human rights issues can have a significant impact upon their brand reputation, so inclusion makes good business sense.
