Harpenden Public Halls: Logo Design [William]

The current logo We do not like the current logo because… it looked really plain and it only had the one colours; which didn’t really convey it’s true purpose. We think this logo would mostly appeal to elderly people because… it doesn’t look like something the general public would enjoy. To improve the logo, we would… give it bolder colours to make it look more eye-catching and to give a more appealing look for young people and everyone else. Other logos we think are effective are football clubs. Because… they use a range of designs to make their club look professional, bold and they make it clear what their club is known for.

Ideas for our new logo We are considering a colour scheme of lighter colours because it would give Harpenden Public Halls look more catchy and make it draw the younger public in, both male and female. Such as; red, yellow, light blue, orange, and pink Our logo will include a series of motifs that young people are into because… it will encourage them to get involved with what goes on in the public halls. We will use Photoshop because… it gives us more tools we can use to make the design we want.

Our new logo [Logo goes here] Add annotations around the edge explaining what tools you used to create and edit different parts of the logo
