Continuing the good work February 2013 audit results showed: – 91% use of screening question – 100% AMTS usage on admission – 100% referral to specialist services on discharge. Continue monthly audit Encourage use of ‘forget-me-not’ scheme on the wards F1 crossover fortnight during August shadowing period
