Wien – Bruck an der Leitha – Hegyeshalom – Győr Bruck/L. – MosonmagyaróvárMosonmagyaróvár – Bruck/L. Part of the suburban traffic of Wien - and also Győr: - slightly decreasing traffic volume towards the border (from both ways!) Hegyeshalom: bigger passenger traffic, partly due to the changes between suburban trains Parndorf: minor centre (many jobs)

Reasons of using public transport (train) service Very similar distribution compared with the results of the spring survey Passengers with car access replied similarly Most important factors: (reasonable) price, (better) comfort, effective time-spending Eco-friendliness was considered to be more important by passengers with car access (July 2013)

Overall satisfaction with train schedule: Some recommendations… Generally:more frequent trains, less delays, improved comfort, Wi-Fi, snack/coffee machine, cleaner stations and restrooms, more information (especially on Internet), better connections with public transport 512: more frequent trains in the evening (off-peak, especially on Saturdays) 524: REX to Wien at 8:00; other trains with larger capacity 530: fewer stops to Graz 700: direct trains again (between Wien and Győr) SATISFACTION WITH THE CURRENT TIMETABLE responsesPercent YES60072,9% NO22126,9% No answer20,2% TOTAL823100,0% Overall satisfaction, main remarks
