Who we are Since 1979, HomeSafe has been helping victims of child abuse and domestic violence in Palm Beach County. HomeSafe offers comprehensive programs including: Residential Group Care, providing abused children with comprehensive therapeutic services to treat severe trauma. Safety Net, providing immediate intervention and prevention services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Caption Developmental Consultant Conducts screens and assessments with children in Palm Beach County. The screening process takes place during home visits or at any selected place by the parent.
