Arrival / 1:50 When students arrive, they will wait in the music room until 7:45. The first two days you may walk your student down to their classroom. At the end of the day, car riders will be picked up at the side doors. (SEE MAP.) PLEASE HAVE NAME SIGN UP. If you are a walker, you must pick up your child in the front vestibule.

You MUST send a note, , or call the front office if your child will be going home a different way or being picked up by someone not on your child’s contact card. That person MUST have ID.

SNACKS Healthy, finger foods. NO CHIPS. No fruit cups, sticky liquids! This is the time to give them those fruits and veggies WATER You may send water bottles. Clear liquids ONLY. SPORT TOP BOTTLES, Please!!

IF YOUR STUDENT IS ABSENT… Call the Attendance Line at to report absence. Or Send a note with your student stating why the were absent. PLEASE INCLUDE NAME and DATE. Student must be fever free WITHOUT the aid of medicine for 24 hours. THANK YOU.

Please keep a LABELED change of clothes for your child in their backpack. VERY IMPORTANT. $20 Activity fee due 10/3 This is used for field trips, science projects, etc.

Daily Folder The GREEN daily folder should be returned to school everyday. ALL communication should be put inside the folder, NOT BACKPACK. This includes homework, lunch money, transportation changes, etc. Please label ALL money in envelope with student’s name and teacher’s name.

BIRTHDAYS If you would like to celebrate your child’s birthday with the entire class, you may purchase ice cream from the cafeteria. Thank you
