Welcome to Mrs. Brittney’s 2 nd grade class! August 17, 2015

Who is Mrs. Brittney? This is my first year as being a second grade teacher. I love to serve my community and can’t wait to start serving my community with all of you. I am married to my husband, Charles. We have a beautiful daughter named Karlee. I’m sure you will all hear me mention them often. My goal as your second grade teacher is to help you learn all of the material required to succeed and have fun while doing it! This will be a fun year!

Where Do You Sit? Find your name on the desk. This will be your seat. If for any reason you feel you need to be closer, please see me after class.

Classroom Rules We will be respectful. We will raise our hands and wait to be called on to speak. We will be respectful to other’s and their belongings. We will listen and follow directions.

Stop Light Red means you are doing the wrong thing and we need to send a note home! Slow Down!!! Think about your actions Keep going! You are doing the right thing!

Morning Routine Take jackets and backpacks and put them in your cubby. Turn in homework in the basket. Get your notebook out for notes located in the back. During roll call, turn in lunch money to me. Sharpen your pencils.
