Dead Lines 22/01/ FH4 All proposals Cp and Band changes < 28. February Complete Interviews < 12. March MARS signed by Group leader < 16. April Comments and Technicalities: 1.Supervisor or Staff can create the document. The creator must send the document. 2.Staff has 10 working days to sign her/his MARS. Signature is not mandatory. 3.Forwarding the Doc. to other people: If you would like to have comments from a 2 nd supervisor (same level as you), use forward with rights. Click re-sign afterwards. This function should be reserved to supervisors.

Guidelines for Supervisors: All MARS forms should address safety (in one way or another), e.g. people with TSO functions should have related objectives for DT Specific (see info from CJ last coordination meeting) For people working in an experiment or on several projects, make sure that feedback and input for new objectives are collected from technical supervisors. Possibly invite technical supervisor to interview. The MARS form foresees the possibility to add results for objectives which were only defined during the year. Supervisor objectives to be filled among the other objectives (no special rubric anymore) In case the staff member was (co-)author of scientific articles, notes etc., those should be mentioned in the MARS (e.g. under additional results) From the schedule below, it’s clear that we should start to interview people for whom we Consider SB or CP changes.
