Here are five facts to help you stay healthy.
Have grains like bread which give you carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, but make sure half your grains are whole wheat grains. Grains give you energy that will last all day, but make sure the label says whole grain, not multigrain, seven grain, not 100% wheat, it has to be WHOLE.
Exercise is good if you exercise 1 hour, but Exercise is good if you exercise one hour, but make sure you do it each day!
Corn has vitamin C and carbohydrates which are good for you.
Eat six servings of grains every day because they give you vitamin B, protein, carbohydrates and fiber. give you vitamin b and protein carbohydrates and fiber.
An apple and a banana give you two fruit servings, which means one apple gives you one fruit serving. Blueberries are good for your heart and strawberries have an enzyme called malic acid which polishes your teeth.
