What is Physical Fitness?  ___- The ability to bend and twist joints easily  ____- the weight of your fat to the weight of your muscles  Your body needs fat, but too much can be a problem!

Exercising  ___- any physical activity that maintains or improves fitness  Lack of exercise can make everyday activities ___  Testing your fitness allows you to see your weaknesses, as well as your ___  You can test each part of your body through various exercises
