KOENINGSEGG ccxr THE FIRST GREEN SUPER CAR MARIOS MICHAEL

KOENINGSEGG CCX-R THE FIRST GREEN SUPER-CAR  When thinking about supercars the last thing to mind is the enviromental friendliness…  Koeningsegg ccx-r is a super car which moves by burning E85 biofuel which is very friendly to the enviroment

co² emissions… is that a problem? At this graph we can see that the co² emissions per year is in very large amounts Because co² is destroying the enviroment we must find other solutions in transport which emit less co² A good solution is making cars with biofuel engines such as koenningsegg ccxr

KOENINGSEGG CCX-R PRICE  Koeningsegg ccx-r costs about £1,197,426  This car is so expensive because is the first super car which use e85 biofuel and it’s very polite to the enviroment with very low co2 emissions.  Also it has great attainments than the other super cars  There are only 6 ccx-r in all over the world…

CHARACTERISTICS  Engine: 4.7 litre v8 biofuel  Aspiration: twin superchargers  Hp: 7200 rpm  km: 2,9 seconds  Weight: 2601 lbs  Top speed: 250 mph  Transmition: six speed sequential  Fuel consumption: 18L/100 km  100km-0: 32m  Brakes: 8-pistons ceramic discs 380mm  Emittions: 135g/km

E85 BIOFUEL  It contains 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline  It produce by plants usually sugar cane  It has a high octane rating which increase engine efficiency and decrease the co2 emissions  This fuel include reduced greenhouse gas emissions of up to 37%

C0² EMISSIONS In this graph we can see the co² emissions for many fuels. We can see that the e85 co² emissions are lower than the other fuels emissions

CCX-R IS THE NEW VERSION OF CCX  It use e85 biofuel it use regular fuelco  co²/mile 135g/mile co²/mile 368g/mile  Hp:1018hp hp:806hp  Max speed 250 mph max speed 242mph  Price:£1,197,426 price :≈ £500,000  All those differences are in case of the using of the e85 biofuel engine at the ccxr VS

CONCLUTION  All of us know that in our days the enviroment is under a big danger which threaten the humanity  So all of us must afford for the enviromental safety  By making eco-cars such as koeningsegg ccxr we can reduce the co² emissions which is a serious factor of the enviromental pollution  Also in few years we can make eco-cars in friendly prices that everyone can have one and all of us try to protect the enviroment and the humanity
