Citizen portal web site of Mexico City Government * The Citizen Portal of the Mexico City Government is the most visited government website in the country above the portals of the federal government, states, municipalities and political parties. Visitors: Sep'08 to Aug'09: 4.5 Million of visitors Sep'09-to Aug'10: 5.5 Million of visitors Sep'10 to Jun'11>:6.9 Million of visitors The site has a significant presence in major social networks: The Twitter of the Government of Mexico City and guides serving more than 34 thousand followers On YouTube is oriented to the public, through radio spots, on the completion of a pending application or a service.

Until 2009, the electronic mail system of the Government of Mexico City was poor, with little storage space, insecure and with low-spam filters. To improve the electronic communication in the government of Mexico City, we introduced the Google Apps platform for middle managers and above. The project began with accounts and expects to expand the number of accounts to cover all public servants of the Government of Mexico City. Mail “Google apps” to the Mexico City Government

The monthly traffic of 1,000 accounts of the Government of Mexico City in Google Apps is: are received and sent s. 2.5 gigabytes of traffic spam messages are blocked by the security filters. 1.5 gigabytes of spam are eliminated.

Social Protection System “RED ÁNGEL”

RED ANGEL IS The Social Protection System of the Mexico City Government (the largest in Latin America) Represents the next step (consolidation) in the evolution and maturity of 13 years of social policy 13 years of democratic government in Mexico City. The permanent mechanism for coordination of programs that cover and secure the right to health, education and equity in all stages of life of people Proposes a multi-channel scheme for inclusion and citizen service (card, * 433 Call Center, Internet, Office)
