The Corporate modules included in the Basic system are the Company Manager, Organisation Editor, Grades Editor, Milestone Manager, License Manager and Insurance Manager. The optional modules are the Fleet Manager, Buildings Manager and Contract Manager. Corporate Manager

A company calendar is incorporated into the system for each employee and their alerts, leave, absence, work schedule etc. are recorded into the calendar. The system also holds a database of all companies which are used by all the other modules. Corporate Manager

The Organisation editor is to create the Organizational Structure for the Company and this is used by all modules. Corporate Manager

The Grades Editor is used across all modules and has the scale structures and spine points for each grade.

Corporate Manager The Milestone Manager is an integrated workflow with documents which can be attached to milestones for automatic distribution using the Distribution Manager. Each task may have selection criteria attached and the module is integrated with all other modules.

Corporate Manager The License Manager holds the details of all Software Licenses held by the company and other License Agreements in a database which can be shared by other modules.

Corporate Manager The Insurance Manager provides insurance details for employees, fleet and buildings using three side tabs for selection. Insurance may be set up with rules of how the insurance is to operate, new policies may be added and insurance claims can also be recorded, etc.
