Significant Accomplishments  Conducted 15 Alcoholic Beverage Control operations for compliance  Recruited and hired (4) new police officers  Added a Motor Officer to the Traffic Division  Added a mental health and Children and family services worker to our staff  Completed the 3 – 5 year strategic plan  Created a mentor program for all new employees  Organized citywide Active Shooter training  Social Media-Created PD Facebook page, twitter account and Instagram account
