2 1. Product description Background of product development 1. Problem of existing indoor exercise equipment -The existing exercise equipments that can use at the indoor need a big space and bulky, thus it is inconvenient to use indoor and price is high thus there is a limitation to use by many people. 2. Advantage of this equipment. -The size of this equipment is small and convenient to disassemble, assemble, carry, keep and affordable. -Even the exercise space is limited, it can be used at home, school, work, office etc easily by everybody. -Comfortable use and simple and easy motion, within short time, relaxes joint and muscle from wrist to arm, shoulder, neck, chest, waist and knee etc, inhibits abdominal obesity, makes body smooth and enhances muscle. -When this equipment is used 2- 3 times per day for 5 minutes to relax the stiff body and it helps relax the tension of body by reliving joint and muscle. This product is an healthy equipment to help maintain health by adjusting the strength of --weight according to the body of user, when you exercise regularly, due to the multi function of stretching and muscle exercise, it provides the growth effect to youth, prevents the muscle pain due to house work of housewife, adult disease, muscle and bone disease and stiff and painful shoulder due to old age etc caused from work place, office etc and even can be easily used by elderly people.

4 Stand straight and lift the handle from bottom 2. Using the rotation of the handle, twist both hands and move the equipment at the back of the body slowly. During exercise, keep the equipment in vertical and horizontal. 3. Rotate at the back side of the body continuously, turn the wrist and arm of the opposite side toward outside as making semicircle 4. Rotate completely in 180 degree arc over the head. 5. Rotate by moving the equipment to 360 degree arc as one round 6. At this time, rotate the opposite side’s wrist and arm toward outside in semicircle and rotate by moving to over the head. 7. Rotate continuously toward front. 8. Using the rotation of the handle in the center of the body, twist both hands and rotate by moving to the front of the body slowly 9. Original position (one round, rotate in balance as left and right about 5-6 seconds) The weight of axis should be less than 1/10 of the weight that you can lift up with all your power. Increase muscular strength gradually with continuous exercise, when you get used then increase the frequency and weight gradually Caution : 1round speed 4~5 seconds Lift the equipment until it does not touch to floor.
