所谓主谓一致，就是指谓语动词的数 的形式要与主语的数一致。主语表复 数时，谓语动词要用复数形式；主语 表单数时谓语要用第三人称单数形式。 1. 由两个相同部分组成的一件物品做 主语时，谓语动词要用复数形式。 My new trousers are a bit tight. Your socks are on your bed.

2. a pair of 后面的名词一般为复数，谓 语动词的数与 pair 的数一致。 Today a pair of sports shoes is very expensive. How much is this pair (of shoes)?

3. 连词连接两个并列成分时 : 1) and, both… and… “ 两者都 ” ，谓语动词用复数 形式。 Both you and me are good students. 2) as well as“ 以及，也,”, 谓语动词的数与 as well as 前面那个词的数一致。 The teacher as well as his students likes the movie. (with, together with, along with, except, but)

3) not only… but also…“ 不仅 …… 而 且 ……”, 谓语动词的数与 but also 后面 的那个词的数一致。 Not only you but also your brother likes the trousers. 4) either…or…“ 要么 …… 要么 ……”, 谓 语动词的数与 or 后面的那个词的数一致。 Either you or she has to go there.

5) Neither…nor… “ 既不 …… 也不 …… ， 两者都不 ” 谓语动词的数与 nor 后面的 那个词的数一致。 Neither the twins nor he is right.

4. 代词做主语时 1) every, each, either, no+ 名词做 主语时，谓语动词要用单数形式。 Every girl wants to look beautiful. No one knows all their names. 2)each,either,neither,something,someon e,everything,anything 等代词做主语， 谓语动词用单数。

3) all 表复数时，谓语动词要用复数形 式； all 表单数时，谓语动词要用动词 的第三人称单数形式。 All planets do not have a satellite. All is not gold that glitters.

5. 表示金钱、时间、距离等的名词, 整 体用单数。 Five million dollars is a large amount of money. Ten years is just a tiny part of human history.

6. 集合名词做主语时，表具体成员做复 数；表一个整体作单数。 His family is from Canada. My family are good singers. ( 常见的集合名词有： class, population, group, team ， crowd)

7. there be 句型。 当有两个或两个以上 的名词时，单、复数随相邻的名词的 数变化。 ( 就近原则） There are two eggs and some bread on the plate. There is some bread and two eggs on the plate.

8. 复数形式但是单数内容的名词做主 语，谓语动词用单数形式。 The news is surprising. Maths is an important subject.
