Presentation transcript:

Wow! Where has the time gone? Today we will celebrate your continued progress from Trainings One & Two, and make some last preparations before your Training Show and moving forward to your first show on your own! Remember to celebrate ALL successes, no matter how small!! Each NJ learns at their own pace, and some will complete everything and more, while others take a bit longer. You are the coach now!! Celebrate what has been accomplished and encourage what still needs to be completed. Overview of Training Two: 1.Review Training Two To-Do’s 2.Plan for Training Show 3.Review of Documents 4.Final preparation for your upcoming shows 5.To Do’s Documents to Discuss/Review/Personalize: Review Trainings One & Two To-Do’s – discuss any incomplete items; make plan for completion Premier Training Dates/Tax Record Reinforce the importance of never missing Jewel School! It is their lifeline for their business!! Team Calendar Please put all dates on calendar for the year right now. New Jeweler Call Sponsor It’s important for the NJ to check in after at least her first 10 Jewelry Shows!! This allows you to make sure that she is getting bookings and having fun. Practice Jewelry Show Presentation Very important! Practice the 3 Key Elements several times. Go through again as necessary. Another meeting might be required, too, before her first Jewelry Show.\ Expense & Revenue Hood & House What has she decided about this? And make sure she has started using her preferred method. Print Training Show Checklist Print Jewelry Show Checklist

Important Tips: 1.It is important to go to each of your Jewelry Shows, Trainings and Rallies looking like a Professional Jewelry Stylist. A solid color top, black skirt or slacks will help showcase the jewelry, and increase your credibility. Please don’t wear jeans, shorts, low cut tops/dresses, t-shirts, etc. You will feel most confident in a simple, professional outfit, and your bookings and sales will reflect your professional dress. 2.Remember to review the 12 Step Jewelry Show Closing Process with your Sponsor again after your Training Show. 3.Your Sponsor will help you select your free jewelry from your Training Show so that you have the best pieces to round out your My Premier Boutique, and offer you the best pieces to model at your shows. 4.Please continue to ask your friends and family to schedule shows for you within your Quick Start to help you achieve your Quick Start 6, 9 & Begin making payments on your Jeweler Rewards Card right away. With the average JS being about $500, paying off the entire initial investment should only take about 4 Jewelry Shows. Avoid spending your Premier earnings on anything else until your initial investment is paid off. Then, keep a zero balance on that card. 6.Make a plan for transporting your Jewelry Show supplies in and out of your Hostess’s home. This should only take you one trip, carrying your Jewelry Bag, rolling suitcase, and another bag for your handbags. 7.Please read your daily. This is the main form of communication within our team. Other communication you receive will be via phone, text and our Team Facebook page. 8.Go to create a login and password. Watch the video of Diane Dierking doing her Jewelry Show live, the link is under Useful Extras. 9.Set up Training 4 with your Sponsor. This occurs just after the 45 day Quick Start period is over. 10.Keep track of your paperwork and handbag/bracelet supplies, and when you are half way through your paperwork, place an order for Catalogs, 1 pack of Hostess Planners and 10 packs of postcard invitations. Only order supplies as you need them, keeping in mind that it takes about 7 days to receive your order. 11.Practice your Jewelry Show presentation with your Sponsor. She will encourage you to use a lot of inflection in your voice, and give you tips as you go. It’s normal to feel a little awkward doing this, but it truly gets you off to the best possible start with your business. And remember, your Sponsor is totally invested in your success, and she will do whatever she can to help you.

Training To Do List: _____Finish any Training Show preparation, as needed. _____Watch Diane’s Jewelry Show video presentation. _____Practice your Jewelry Show presentation over and over. At least 12 more times before your first Jewelry Show. _____Keep snacks simple at your Training Show. Add them to your Expense/Revenue sheet or Hood & House. _____Put all Training dates for the remainder of the year on your calendar. _____Call/text everyone that you invited to your Training Show and encourage them to come and support you. _____Get together again with Sponsor to practice Jewelry Show verbiage before your first Jewelry Show. List any other incomplete To-Do’s below to keep them at hand. _____ If you haven’t yet, this is your week to develop a consistent work schedule for yourself! Getting all of these To-Do’s done before your Training sets you up for success, and launches you into a happy and busy Quick Start season! Great job!
