6 OHIP – What we do Manages nearly 20,000 homes Significant contribution as an employer - over 950 staff working within Oldham Over £260m capital investment into the Borough over the next 3 years including Private Finance Initiative 4 Over the next 3 years building 250 new homes through the Affordable Homes programme Plus 400 new other affordable homes being delivered Working to deliver Oldham’s Housing Strategy
