Review of the impact of the arrangements put in place pursuant to the synergies decisions; Full proposal for the modification of the organization of the Secretariat, including the possible continuation of the joint head function, that was cost ‑ neutral in respect of the adopted operating budgets of the three conventions; Sustainability of the Secretariat and continuity of its operations, including planning for the selection of the next Executive Secretary; Major issues – ExCOPs-2
