Project Overview The NEDSS Messaging solution (NMS) aims to establish a self- sustaining national support network that builds capacity among public health stakeholders to support electronic message exchange NMS
Current State Deployed 32 licenses of COTS tools 7 states are using it in production MSS Current version 2.2 Operations & Maintenance phase Available in Oracle & SQL version Integrated with PHIN VADS August 2008 data release Deployed CDC component with COTS in 11 States 2 in production, 5 in staging, 4 in testing phases EXECUTIVE LEVEL milestones 10 states in production with 1 or more labs using Rhapsody or MSS by end of calendar year 2008 Complete requirements for version 3.0 by end of cy 2008
