Peer Review IPDA has been discussing improvements to international peer reviews. Beebe led development of a white paper and will discuss the input and results this week. France, July 16-18, 2013

COSPAR Coordination IPDA has continued to participate as part of Commission B. The COSPAR Data Management session was held in Mysore last year. In 2014, this will be held at Moscow. –Submit suggestions to Crichton France, July 16-18, 2013

Part IV: Open Action Items Identify Canadian TEG members [September 2011] Explore addition of new countries (Poland, Sweden, Brazil, Finland) [September 2011] –Walter Schmidt from Finland has been contacted. Dan has sent a note to Ukraine. Alain and Dan are working to contact others. Develop white paper assessing international peer review challenges (Maria Teresa Capria, Reta Bebe, Dave Heather) [July 2012] –Reta has formed a working group and will be distributing a white paper. Alain and Dan will begin the program and website for the July 2013 IPDA Steering Committee Meeting [January 2013] France, July 16-18, 2013

Acton Items Continued… Yukio will provide information on the Hayabusa 2 mission and needs for PDS4 [Jan 2013] IPDA Members are asked to review the latest PDAP comments and draft [All]. An updated PDAP specification has been distributed. This action item is replaced by an action to provide comments to Jesus by May 10. [April 2013] Alain will look into including IPDA at the EGU and EPSC meetings [April 2013]. Members are requested to provide comments on the latest PDAP specification by 10 May 2013 [April 2013]. Reta and Dan will distribute the peer review white paper to the IPDA Steering Committee [April 2013]. Members should provide brochures on agency and IPDA archiving efforts to Dave Heather and Alain Sarkisian to support European planetary conferences [April 2013]. France, July 16-18, 2013
