AF Core Values Profession of Arms Background Flying Training Culture Working Group Chartered by Brig Gen Cherrey, Deputy AETC/A2/3/10; report dated 2014 Assess gaps in leadership, institutional safeguards, and culture Flying training was focused solely on producing expertise in aviation skills Absence of engaged leadership at the squadron and flight levels Other observations not related to Flight CC Team made 16 recommendations overall 2
