The Farm The farm has 4,500 olive trees planted 10 x 10 (100 trees per hectare). About 3,500 trees have drip irrigation which is buried in the ground, fed by two springs. The farm is situated in a typical mountain range with average rainfall of 600 mm and good soil for the olives.
Currently yields are achieved in excess of 200 tonnes of olive fatty acids in high yields (24%) and quality oils extra high stability and oleic acid.
