Progress I Low demand :  61% of Job Card holders have demanded job in MP  Chhattisgarh- 69%, Uttar Pradesh- 67%, Bihar-48%

Very low person days of employment allocated:  Only 19% of households that demanded job have completed 100 days in MP  Chhattisgarh-10%, Uttar Pradesh-6%, Bihar-3%  In MP average number of days of employment provided to households that demanded job is 32  Chhattisgarh-54, Uttar Pradesh-32, Bihar-16

Low average daily wage:  Average daily wage in MP is Rs. 59  Chhattisgarh-Rs. 63, Uttar Pradesh-Rs. 63, Bihar-Rs. 70 Women Participation:  In MP, 43% of total persondays of employment provided was for women  Chhattisgarh-39%, Uttar Pradesh-17%, Bihar-17%

Progress II Delay in issuance of Job Cards:  30% of households in MP responded that they have received Job Cards after 15 days  Chhattisgarh-69%, Uttar Pradesh-44%, Bihar-70%, Delay in wage payement:  51% of households in MP responded that they received wages after 15 days  Chhattisgarh-60%, Uttar Pradesh-67%, Bihar-70%

Wages paid are less than minimum wages:  64% of household in MP responded that they received wages less than minimum wages applicable in the state  Chhattisgarh-16%, Uttar Pradesh-53%, Bihar-52%
