YWCA NSW Find your possible THE RESULTS BASED ACCOUNTABILITY ™ (RBA) FRAMEWORK  Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) is a measurement tool developed by Mark Friedman, author of ‘Trying Hard is Not Good Enough’  RBA is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that can be used to improve outcomes for communities, and agencies.  The fundamental RBA™ questions are:  'How Much Did We Do?™',  'How Well Did We Do It?™',and most importantly,  'Is Anyone Better Off?™'" How much did we do?
