Example 1 Choose Reasonable Temperatures Which thermometer shows a more reasonable temperature for a swimming pool that is comfortable to swim in?

Example 1 Choose Reasonable Temperatures Body temperature is 98.6°F. 80°F would still be warm to the touch and be comfortable to swim in. 60°F is much less than body temperature and would be much colder to swim in. Answer: So, the more reasonable temperature is 80°F.
