URBACT II TP Meeting Working Groups 9 October 2008 Format CONFERENCE FORMAT - Plenary welcome and introduction - 6 Parallel Workshops animated by 2 projects each: with max 15 minutes presentation per project and 15 mins Q and A : 3 sessions to cover all projects (+/-50 mins in total - to allow for movement between session locations) - Closing plenary International roundtable: Perspectives from abroad on URBACT themes - “Village” for informal meeting, presentation wall or kiosk for projects
